VA Linux Announces Customer Satisfaction Survey FY2018 Results.
94% of our customers are “Satisfied” or “Slightly Satisfied”, while 6% “Slightly Dissatisfied”. The result of the previous fiscal year shows that 82% were “Satisfied” or “Slightly Satisfied” and 18% “not either”, which means the customer satisfaction has got improved.
However, we got “Slightly Dissatisfied” for the first time since the fiscal year of 2013. This is outcome of our failure to understand complaints of our customers or to meet their needs, and we find this our challenge and should take measures against it.
